Social media and the internet are powerful tools that invite user-generated content and allow anyone to make a contribution. This can be a great thing.
Unfortunately, the asshats that make contributions like this are more interest in click-bate and ad sales than they are making an actual contribution to an interactive, dynamic climate. And yet people buy into them, share them, believe them.
